Returns Policy

At Maeve & Elara London, we do everything we can to ensure our customers are satisfied. If you still wish to return a product, this document explains our returns policy clearly.

Conditions for Returns

  • You can only request a return once you have physically received the item.

  • Return shipping costs are fully covered by the customer, including international shipping costs.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition with all tags and labels intact.

  • You may try on the item, but you may not wear it.

  • Ordering multiple sizes intentionally for the purpose of returning part of the order is not permitted.

Returns Process

  • Notify your return via info@maeveandelara.com within 14 days of receiving the item.

  • You will then receive the return address for our supplier (located in China).

  • You must ship the item back at your own expense, including any customs and shipping charges.

  • We always recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Refunds

Once the item has been received at the return address and approved in accordance with its condition, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.

Responsibility

We are not responsible for lost parcels if tracking shows the item has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.

If an incorrect address has been provided, this is the customer’s responsibility.

Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
